Georgian Airways will start transit flights to European cities for Russian citizens, the founder of this airline, Tamaz Gaiashvili, told RTVI.
There are five destinations on this list: Milan, Paris, Vienna, Larnaca, and Thessaloniki.
“We believe that there will be quite a lot of demand on those routes. It will be more convenient and faster through Tbilisi than in other directions,” Gaiashvili said.
He added that these flights will be launched starting from June 15.
